Celebration box

Here is our special Celebration sushi box, it feeds 4-6 people.

Please note: the box is very large and doesn't fit in a bag. Therefore you will have to carry it by hand.

• Otoro & soy yolk curd (8pcs)
• Dry aged Ora King salmon, our secret sauce & charcoal aburi (8pcs)
• Tuna - marinated with yuzu soy (8pcs)
• Hokkaido scallop, house made sweet soy sauce & charcoal aburi (8pcs)
  
• Paradise prawn & sesame / miso paste (8pcs)
• Dry aged kingfish, onion oil & lime zest (8pcs)

32 hosomaki:

• Ora King salmon tartare, roasted cashew, spring onion & our secret sauce (16pcs)
• Kingfish tartare, sesame, onion oil & lime (8pcs)
• Fatty tuna tartare, cured yolk & spring onion

Served with wasabi, pickled ginger and our soy sauce (2 bottles)
