At Uminono, we are a small sushi bar focused on premium seafood, dry-aged fish and a carefully curated drink list.
Our menu is designed to be flexible.
Drop in for a quick lunch, or settle in at the counter and explore a wider selection, piece by piece.
We are open for lunch only Tuesday to Saturday.
Every Friday evening, we open for Sushi Izakaya - After Work: a relaxed atmosphere with sushi, small plates to share, and great drinks. The perfect way to unwind, raise a glass, and get to know us a little better.
The experience
At the heart of Uminono is our 12-seat sushi counter, where you can sit facing the chefs and enjoy a more interactive experience.
Order freely from our à la carte menu, or simply leave it up to the chef with our omakase experience.
If you prefer a more relaxed setting, side tables are available for couples and small groups.
Drinks
Our sake sommelier has curated a focused selection of sake and wine, available by the glass or bottle.
Every wine is poured using Coravin, allowing us to serve exceptional bottles by the glass while preserving their quality.
