At the heart of Uminono is our 12-seat sushi counter, where you can sit facing the chefs and enjoy a more interactive experience.
You’re welcome to order freely from the menu, or let us guide you through a selection.
For a more relaxed setting, side tables are also available for couples or small groups.

After 3 years of lunch omakase, we’ve shifted to a more flexible format.
Omakase is now available exclusively for private dinners and special events, where we can offer a more personalised experience.
Drinks
Our sake sommelier has curated a focused selection of sake and wine, with options available by the glass or bottle.
All wines are poured using Coravin.

Our premium sushi boxes have been part of Uminono since day one.
They feature the same dry-aged fish we serve in-house, carefully prepared and packed for takeaway.
