The omakase sushi box is our signature at Uminono.
This box features a selection of top-quality sushi prepared in a traditional Japanese style with our own unique twist. Your box includes 22 nigiri and 8 maki. Here is our usual selection (which may vary according to availability of the day):
- Otoro (tuna belly)
- Bluefin tuna
- Dry aged Ora King salmon & our secret sauce
- Dry aged Hiramasa kingfish, roasted spring onion oil & lime zest
- Hokkaido scallops & burnt orange
- Paradise prawn & sesame miso
- Snapper & prawn oil
- Hosomaki, roasted cashews, spring onion & ikura (salmon roe)
