For the evening, the space is entirely yours - no other guests, just your group and our team dedicated to making it a memorable night.

Our private dinner menu goes beyond our regular offering, featuring dishes not served during lunch. It’s a more expressive and elevated omakase, where our French roots come through even more.

This isn’t your traditional omakase - we want you to feel at home. To complement the experience, we offer an extended list of premium wines and sake, carefully curated by our sommelier Kiki to match the significance of your moment. Kiki is also available to create bespoke pairings tailored to the menu and your personal preferences, adding another layer of care to your evening.

For something even more personal, Arnaud and the team can bring the full Uminono experience to the comfort of your home - with an in-home omakase that is just as refined, and entirely yours.

Private Dinner at Uminono

  • Groups of 8 to 12 guests, or a minimum spend of $2,000 for smaller groups

  • Omakase from $250 per person (excluding drinks)

  • Optional bespoke wine/sake pairing

  • Optional upgrades including caviar, truffle, premium uni

In-Home Omakase

  • Groups from 4 to 20 guests

  • Omakase from $450 per person

  • Includes complete organisation: we provide the serving ware, plates, cutlery, and everything needed to recreate the restaurant experience. All we ask is that you have your own glassware.

  • Please note we cannot provide alcohol outside of the restaurant; however, our sommelier will gladly suggest ideal pairings to match your personal cellar.

  • For larger groups, we offer a private sushi bar experience with multiple chefs on site
